Yes. Full-time CrewBloomers are fully dedicated to one account. Part-time CrewBloomers often split their time between two accounts.

We’ve partnered with TimeDoctor, a remote time and productivity management software that gives you full visibility into your team’s productivity. You’ll be given access to monitor your team's log-ins/outs, keystrokes, mouse clicks, and total active time logged. This is at no cost to you.

CrewBloomers bring to the table exceptional verbal and written English language skills which you will very quickly be able to identify in your interviews.
For every 100 organic applications, 98 are rejected, and 2 are invited to join our pool. We eliminate roughly 80% of applicants in the initial screening process.
Crewbloomers are trained as you would your in-office team. The only difference is that training your contractors at CrewBloom will be conducted virtually using video conferencing.
We require a member of your team to conduct training as we will never know your business and the requirements of the role as well as you.
Training can take as long as you need. However, you need to decide on continuing with the partnership within the first week.
After the conclusion of the free trial, we require a two-week written notice to terminate our partnership.
A two-week written notice is required to cancel our partnership (outside the 7-day trial period). The livelihood of our contractors and their families are dependent on wages. We need ample time to transfer them to a new account.
If an independent contractor resigns, CrewBloom will replace the contractor at no additional cost.
All contractors are eligible to take up to ten days of unpaid leave each year. They are not eligible to take time away during the first two weeks. We try our best to ensure time off is not taken during peak times of your business; however, similar to your internal or in-office team, emergencies come up from time to time.
Yes. We charge 2-weeks of payment upfront.
Invoices are sent bi-weekly through our payment partner ChargeOver and calculated based on the hours logged in TimeDoctor (our remote team monitoring software). Payments are all electronic and submitted through direct bank transfer or credit card payment, fees covered by the client.
If you do not wish to move forward with the partnership after the trial period, CrewBloom will refund you in full. If you decide to terminate the partnership after the trial period, we will only refund you with the unused hours from your upfront payment. Refunds are processed via PayPal or Venmo.
Every client is given 7 days or 40 hours to evaluate if CrewBloom is a fit for your business. For part-time CrewBloomers, clients are given a 20 hour risk-free trial period.
Yes. We allow clients to try a maximum of five CrewBloomers.
Yes. We will allow you to trial someone new. After two trials, the path forward is determined on a case-by-case basis.
TimeDoctor is a time-tracking and productivity management tool. This platform tracks logins/outs, keystrokes, mouse clicks, downtimes, and screenshots. All invoices are calculated with the help of Time Doctor. You will have access to this software at no additional cost.
Our teams are logging into the same cloud-based systems that our clients' in-office team uses. CrewBloom will not provide the application and tools needed for the job.
