Because of the rigors of onboarding and training contractors, we do not offer a trial period. We do, however, guarantee our contractor’s performance and we have no minimum contract requirements, helping our clients to build trust in our model.
CrewBloomers are working remotely from the Philippines. All of them work in metros such as Manila, Davao, and Cebu, ensuring reliable connectivity.
We have a very active pool of contractors at CrewBloom. Finding someone to join your team typically takes 1-3 weeks.
For us to be successful growth partners, you must have a proven, replicable onboarding and training process that can be done remotely.
Prior to the 2-week training period, contractors undergo a 5-day unpaid self-study period where they learn about your business. During the 2-week training period, a member of your leadership team works alongside our dedicated Team Leader. We believe nobody knows your business better than your team.

CrewBloom stays connected with all clients and contractors through email, Skype and/or Slack. Understanding that most talented professionals want to learn from one another and need daily team interactions and motivation, we host virtual water cooler chats and team events to foster culture and ensure performance.
We partnered with a time-tracking and employee productivity software to make sure contractors are highly productive and accountable.

If a contractor is not performing, you can reach out to your dedicated Team Leader at any time. They will conduct one-on-one coaching to drive performance. If you still underwhelmed with performance, you have the power to terminate a contractor and select a new one from our pool at no additional cost.
During the first three months, CrewBloom contractors are on probation period and you can terminate them by giving 5-day notice. After six months, 14 days notice is required.
You will be invoiced every other Friday starting from the 2-week training period. Payments are charged in advance which will cover bi-weekly actual hours worked by contractors the following week. If less hours are logged by our contractors, we will carry over extra payment on the next invoicing. Your bank account will automatically be charged every other Friday. As you can imagine its very important that all contractors are paid on time.
Throughout the duration of the agreement, contractors will be exposed to Confidential Information. "Confidential Information" means information or material that is commercially valuable and not generally known or readily ascertainable in the industry or to the public. This information is systematically and contractually protected.

Absolutely! We open entry level roles fit for fresh graduates, so stay posted on our social media channels for job updates. However, please note that we require a minimum of 2 years experience for applicants in sales, business development, appointment setting, or customer success.
We work with varied B2B companies. Product or services you’ll sell is totally dependent on the client who will onboard you.
We have a 5-step screening that takes a maximum of 5 business days.
After passing the final interview, you will be requested to record a minimum of five short video introductions. We will select the best video to present to our clients. If our client is interested in having you join their team, you will be invited to a 2-week training. This give​​ clients a chance to assess your skill set and for them to know if you’re a perfect fit for their team.
You can reapply for the same position after 12 months.
After 3 months, you are still not onboarded by a client, we will remove you from our active talent pool.
We will endorse you to another client so long as you perform well during the training period. We will, however, remove you from our active talent pool if you show poor performance during the training.
Yes, all trainings are paid.
You are required to have the a full remote work set-up to get placed with us, in addition to being the best of the best. Check out our checklist below to know if you’re ready to work remotely.

We replace healthcare, 401K, and consumable benefits of a traditional office (things like free coffee and in-office yoga) with extra income for you to make decisions based on your needs. Each contractor starts with two weeks (ten working days) of vacation each year.
Base salary totally depends on the account you’ll be working with, plus the experience you bring to the table.
All positions are eligible for performance bonuses. Bonuses are paid monthly or quarterly, depending on the client’s bonus structure.
Salary is paid bi-weekly and bonuses are paid monthly or quarterly. Payments are made through Veem (www.veem.com), which will directly deposit payouts to your bank account without any deductions.
No. As an independent worker, you are entirely responsible for the payment of your income taxes, dependent upon the tax regulations and policies of your own tax jurisdiction.
Our clients typically want contractors on the phone from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, however, each client's needs are different. This is clearly outlined in the Opportunity Agreement.
If you need to take a time-off, let your manager know as soon as you finalize the dates you to take off and we will plan accordingly to make sure we take measures to stay on track to meet all goals.
No. If hired, you're expected you to commit full-time. Productivity and results are affected when CrewBloom is not your top priority. Our client's pay significantly higher wages and bonuses than freelance sites and expect full attention to be given to CrewBloom's role.
As in all work positions, yes. If the client wishes to terminate the contract given poor performance, you will have many opportunities to better yourself before that conclusion is met. If you have acted unethically, you will not be invited to return, not unlike traditional work structures.
