Your team will be responsible for interviewing, hand selecting and training your CrewBloomers, most often thought of as a global extension of your in-office team.
Yes. Full-time CrewBloomers are fully dedicated to one account and work 40 hours per week.

We’ve partnered with TimeDoctor, a remote productivity management software that gives you full visibility into your team’s productivity. You’ll be given access to monitor your team's log-ins/outs, keystrokes, mouse clicks, and total active time logged. This is at no cost to you.
CrewBloomers work whatever hours are best for your business. The majority have extensive experience working for US-based accounts requiring graveyard shifts.
Some clients have their own internal VOIP platform however the majority are using a cloud-based call system such as RingCentral or AirCall. You will be able to assign a local number which helps your remote team to be location agnostic.
You’ll be given log in access to our own internal portal where you can track time off requests, timesheets and invoices. You are also able to see available contractors in our pool and schedule interviews with them to grow your team.
CrewBloom has partnered with TimeDoctor to provide remote workforce management software. You will have access to their software at no additional cost. This platform will allow you to track logins/outs, keystrokes, mouse clicks, downtimes, and screenshots. All invoices are calculated with the help of Time Doctor. Your account manager will review this during your onboarding calls.
The majority of our teams are logging into the same cloud-based systems that your in-office team uses. You will be given access to our internal portal that tracks and manages HR requests.
Communication skills set CrewBloomers apart. They bring to the table exceptional verbal and written English language skills which you will very quickly be able to identify in your interviews.
For every 100 organic applications, 98 are rejected, and 2 are invited to join our pool. We eliminate roughly 80% of applicants in the initial screening process.
We are so confident with our talent, we charge nothing upfront. You will be required to sign an agreement that protects all parties before interviewing potential contractors. Ongoing, you will be charged an hourly rate. We strongly suggest setting forth performance bonuses as well as a year-end bonus. Compensation/performance is discussed in a quarterly call with our Account Manager.
Invoices are sent bi-weekly through QuickBooks and calculated based on the hours logged in TimeDoctor (our remote team monitoring software). Payments are all electronic and submitted through direct ACH bank transfer.
None. We require a two week written notice to terminate our partnership.
A two-week notice period is required to cancel our services (outside the 7-day trial period). The livelihood of our contractors and their families are dependent on wages. We need ample time to transfer them to a new account.
If an independent contractor resigns, CrewBloom will replace the contractor at no additional cost.
All contractors are eligible to take up to ten days of unpaid leave each year. We try our best to ensure time off is not taken during peak times for your business however similar to your internal or in-office team, things come up from time to time. They are not eligible to take time away during the first two weeks.
We recommend training your CrewBloomers as you would your in-office team. The only difference will be all training will be conducted virtually using video conferencing.
We require a member of your team to conduct training as we will never know your business and the requirements of the role as well as you.
This varies greatly depending on the requirements of each role. Some roles require a day to complete training, others take weeks. We suggest a training block orienting them to your company culture, vision, and goals. Your dedicated Account Manager will be there for you as a resource to ensure the training is successful.
Every client is given 7 days, 40 hours, to evaluate if CrewBloom is a fit for your business. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you will be refunded in full.
Yes. We allow you to trial a maximum of five CrewBloomers.
Yes. We will allow you to trial someone new. After two trials the path forward is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Our independent contractors work remotely in Asia, Central America, and South America.
CrewBloomers work from home. Adopting a remote model helps us pay livable wages.
