- RevOps will send a friendly reminder out on Friday before the invoices become overdue.
- On the following Monday, the invoice becomes ‘overdue’ and we’ll begin sending email reminders and your Client Success Manager will begin to follow up on payment.
- If payment is not received by the end of that week, your team will not log in the following Monday and your project will be ‘paused’ until you submit payment. We will also start matching your team with other projects which puts you at risk of not being able to re-engage them on your project.
We follow the standard US Federal holidays listed below. If there are additional holidays your company recognizes, we’re happy to observe those as well. If you require your team to log in during the holidays below, your Client Success Manager will navigate this request.

Yes, we encourage you to set forth performance-based incentives in addition to hourly rates. There are no deductions taken from rate increases, performance-based bonus’ or end of year bonus’, 100% of this investment goes directly to your team. This can be discussed in more detail on the kick-off call with your Client Success Manager.
