Overview

Once an applicant passes CrewBloom’s screening process, they are placed into CrewBloom’s talent pool. Whenever we have a Job Order, qualified professionals in our pool will be invited to a client interview.

Screening

It can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to hear back. Once an applicant is invited for an interview, we implement a one-day screening process.

If you fail a client interview, we can profile you to another client looking for your skillset.

Yes. You can re-apply for the same role after 6 months.

Client Interviews

Once you pass our screening process, being scheduled for client interviews varies greatly. It can be a few days or a few weeks. Our recruitment team will be in communication with you throughout.

Unfortunately, we will let you go from our talent pool if we are unable to place you within 3 months or after failing multiple client endorsements.

Requirements

An internet connection speed of at least 10mbps with a backup connection of at least 5mbps; i5 processor or equivalent, 4GB RAM; and a noise canceling USB headset.

Training

Yes, we do. We offer a one-week paid training.

Process

Absolutely! We only request professionals who are in our pool to inform us if they are no longer available in the market or wish to leave our talent pool.

Pay

The hourly rate is different for every opportunity presented to you.

We send wages to our contractors bi-weekly using a third-party payment processor. Wages are sent directly to any global bank accounts.

Systems

CrewBloom partnered with TimeDoctor to provide an efficient way to track hours and productivity during shifts. A contractor’s invoices are calculated with the help of TimeDoctor.

A contractor will be given access to an internal VOIP or cloud-based call system platform with a dedicated local number.

Benefits

We offer an anniversary reward and a 10-day rest day per year.
