Why did you start working in a call center?
Aside from the financial benefits, I started working in a call center to learn about and experience being part of the professional workforce. There is more to learn in a call center than knowing how to answer the phone and make phone calls. I learned patience, versatility while learning to hone both communication and people skills. The industry pushes you to your limits and it makes you go beyond what you think you can do.

Who is your biggest role model?
I have a lot! If I start counting, it will be a long list because I find inspiration from everyone around me. But generally, these are the people who work hard and never give up, and those who bring joy to other people despite life’s challenges.
